How do I unlock a landlord's phone number and exact location?+
Create a free tenant account (“Looking for a house”), open any house and tap the pay button, or pay from your dashboard. Once your KSh 1,000 payment is confirmed, every landlord's phone number and exact location appears on every house you open.
How much does it cost and what do I get?+
KSh 1,000 once — not per house. It unlocks landlord phone numbers, exact locations, call and WhatsApp buttons and the Google Maps link on every house, apartment, room, shop, office and warehouse on the site for 30 days.
How do I pay the KSh 1,000?+
With M-Pesa or a Visa/Mastercard card through our secure checkout (Paystack). You are taken to the checkout page, and your contacts unlock as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within seconds.
I paid but I still can't see the phone number.+
Wait for the confirmation page to say the payment was received, then refresh the house page. If you closed the checkout early, sign back in and open your dashboard — the site re-checks your payment and unlocks you. If a payment fails, you are not charged and can try again.
What happens when the 30 days end?+
Phone numbers and exact locations hide again, but the list of houses you opened stays on your dashboard. Pay KSh 1,000 again to extend — the extra 30 days are added on top of any time you have left.
Can I talk to a landlord without paying?+
Yes. You can send a message from any house page for free. The landlord sees it in their dashboard and can call you back on the phone number you gave when signing up.
Do I need an account to search?+
No. Searching and browsing every vacant house — photos, rent, bedrooms, area and city — is free and open to everyone. You only need an account when you want to pay and unlock contacts.
For landlords
Posting houses is free and unlimited.
How do I post a house?+
Create a free landlord account (“I have houses to rent”), then tap “Post a house”. Add the rent, area and city, the exact location, your phone number and clear photos, then publish. Your house appears in search immediately.
What does posting cost?+
Nothing. Posting is completely free and there is no limit — post as many houses, apartments, rooms, shops, offices and warehouses as you have.
Who sees my phone number and exact location?+
Only hunters who have paid the KSh 1,000 access fee. Everyone else sees your photos, rent, area and city, but your number and the exact spot stay hidden until a hunter pays.
How do hunters reach me?+
Paid hunters can call you or open a WhatsApp chat straight from your house page. Any hunter — paid or not — can send you a message from the house page; you see it in your dashboard and get an email.
Can I change my listing after posting?+
Yes. Open your dashboard and tap “Edit” on the house. You can change the rent, description, photos, phone number and location at any time, for free.
How do I know my listing is working?+
Your dashboard shows, for each house, how many hunters have paid and unlocked your contact, plus every message hunters have sent you.
