Do I pay for each house?+
No. One payment of KSh 1,000 unlocks every house, apartment, room, shop, office and warehouse on NyumbaFind for 30 days. There is no per-house charge.
How do I pay?+
With M-Pesa or a Visa/Mastercard card through our secure checkout (Paystack). You are taken to the checkout page, and your contacts unlock as soon as the payment is confirmed.
What happens when the 30 days end?+
Phone numbers and exact locations hide again, but the list of houses you opened stays on your dashboard. Pay KSh 1,000 again to extend, and the extra 30 days are added on top of any time you have left.
I paid but still can't see a number.+
Wait for the confirmation page to say the payment was received, then refresh the house page. If a payment fails or you close the checkout, you are not charged and can try again.
Can I talk to a landlord without paying?+
Yes — you can send a message from any house page for free. The landlord sees it in their dashboard and can call you back on the phone number you gave when signing up.
